Deep in the New Jersey Pine Barrens, reside – in fact, in fiction, and in dub – Cloud People.
In these woods, between fresh vegan bean burritos and organic blueberry, strawberry and banana smoothies, they record and arrange the sounds of the heavens. Sounds that portray, in their ears, their wild evergreen domain.
2009 brought the Scallion Pancake Dub HD video directed & produced by Todd Steponick, and features Cloud People's latest arrival, Evan Wilder.
After their first EP, 2007's A Wild Feeling, Cloud People took their time to go even wilder. A new five track EP, Even Wilder, is coming out summer 2010 on Batona Music.
What remains to be seen is the motion picture in production since November 2008. The result may appear in 2011, but they don't have a reason to rush anything.
